Their Aretha Frankenstein griddle cakes are at least 1 inch thick, so if you want a stack, you probably should share! Pair the griddle cakes with their signature cinnamon roll, pot roast eggs benedict, or chopped eggs and steak, and you’ll be ready to take on the rest of the day!
4. Atrium Pancakes
If you’re searching for an affordable pancake restaurant in Gatlinburg that has a small town feel, Atrium Pancakes is where you should eat. You can get flapjacks paired with eggs, bacon, ham, home fries, and much more. If you just want a full stack, get them covered in berry compote, bananas and nuts, or chocolate chips. Atrium is actually known for their apple pancake, which is oven baked in a cast iron pan with apples and brown sugar with apple syrup on top. 5. Log Cabin Pancake House
Another tourist favorite is Log Cabin Pancake House. You can get a stack of 4 pancakes and add nuts, chips, or blueberries, or you can try one of their specialty pancakes, which include the Cabin Special or Pancake Royale. Log Cabin also has fruit crepes and french toast for sweet breakfast items, but if you prefer savory options, you can get biscuits and gravy, ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, grits, and more.
