They take pride in making all of their candies by hand, and you can even watch as they do it! The kitchen is open with huge windows, so visitors can walk by as taffy is stretching and chocolate is being drizzled. Some of the delicious treats you’ll find in this store include small-batch nut brittles, melt-in-your-mouth fudge, creamy divinity, and hand-dipped chocolates.

2. Big Rock Candy Kitchen

If you happen to be visiting The Island in Pigeon Forge, you should be sure to stop by Big Rock Candy Kitchen. They have the kitchen in full view where you can watch the makers perfect every sweet creation throughout the day! Grab a candied apple to munch on, or pack one of their pay-by-the-pound bags to the brim with all your favorites. Of course, you know they have the famous rock candy based on their name, but they also have caramels, chocolates, and much more!

3. Smoky Mountain Candy Makers

The taffy you can purchase in store is wrapped on an old-fashioned machine that was built in the 1940s! This shop makes all of their candy by hand, and you can watch them create it up close! As you walk around the store, you’ll see buckets of taffy in every flavor, several flavors of caramel and candied apples, and rolled ice cream with hundreds of toppings to choose from.
